Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines establishing the rigorous standards for permissible engagement with the ProbFixora platform.
Effective Date: 6/26/2026
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the strict guidelines and fundamental parameters regarding the acceptable usage of ProbFixora's website, API ecosystems, software platforms, and any associated infrastructural services (collectively, the "Services"). By utilizing our Services, you absolutely and unconditionally agree to comply with this AUP. Any severe violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or total termination of your access privileges, alongside potential legal ramifications.
2. Prohibited Activities
You explicitly covenant not to use the Services to facilitate, execute, or engage in any of the following highly prohibited activities:
- Illegal Conduct: Utilizing the platform to engage in criminal activities, including fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or the distribution of highly illegal content.
- Network Abuse: Launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized port scanning, packet sniffing, or any action designed to cripple our infrastructural integrity.
- Malware Distribution: Uploading, distributing, or engineering viruses, trojan horses, ransomware, worms, or any fundamentally malicious logic designed to destroy computational architecture.
- Data Scraping: Engaging in automated extraction of system data without explicit, executive written permission from ProbFixora.
- Intellectual Property Theft: Hosting or transmitting content that brutally infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of third parties.
3. Fair Use and System Integrity
Our enterprise architecture is designed for multi-tenant scalability. However, users are strictly prohibited from consuming a mathematically disproportionate amount of computational resources, memory bandwidth, or API rate limits. ProbFixora reserves the unilateral right to throttle network traffic or temporarily pause accounts that maliciously execute inefficient, recursive, or abusive queries that degrade performance for other legitimate users across the global network.
4. Security and Authentication Obligations
Users must not bypass, systematically dismantle, or casually ignore our stringent security protocols. You are forbidden from sharing cryptographic tokens, utilizing compromised credentials, or attempting to brute-force authentication gateways. Any attempt to legally or illegally test, probe, or scan our network vulnerabilities without a prior, formalized Penetration Testing Agreement is entirely prohibited.
5. Enforcement and Repercussions
ProbFixora actively monitors its network architecture utilizing deep machine learning algorithms to detect AUP violations. Should we identify a breach, we reserve the absolute right to intercept traffic, silently drop malicious packets, suspend accounts devoid of preliminary warning, and hand over robust cryptographic logs directly to international law enforcement agencies for aggressive legal prosecution.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you suspect a violation of this AUP or have uncovered an entity maliciously utilizing our infrastructure, you are obligated to immediately report the violation to our security team at legal@probfixora.com.
